{"id":11074,"date":"2022-04-28T09:55:14","date_gmt":"2022-04-28T09:55:14","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/loom.es\/?p=11074"},"modified":"2023-08-18T08:52:27","modified_gmt":"2023-08-18T08:52:27","slug":"new-floor-torre-glories","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/loom.es\/en\/blog\/new-floor-torre-glories\/","title":{"rendered":"We grow in 22@ by inaugurating a new floor in Torre Gl\u00f2ries"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>We expanded our footprint in the iconic Torre Gl\u00f2ries in Barcelona, occupying four floors with a new surface area of 3400 m2 and capacity for 260 work places.<\/p>\n<p><!--more--><\/p>\n<p>This new floor will house <a href=\"https:\/\/www.eiturbanmobility.eu\/\">EIT Urban Mobility<\/a>, a European Union agency, which has used the <a href=\"https:\/\/loom.es\/corporate\/loom-as-a-service\/\">&#8220;Space as a Service&#8221;<\/a> service to build its 100% custom-designed flexible office.<\/p>\n<p>This expansion reinforces MERLIN&#8217;s commitment to the 22@ area, an area of the city of Barcelona that stands out as a greenhouse of companies linked to innovation and technology. In fact, this same year, we inaugurated in the same area of Barcelona <a href=\"https:\/\/loom.es\/espacios-coworking\/barcelona\/loom-ferreteria\/\">LOOM Ferreter\u00eda<\/a>, a new flexible space that will have another 4 floors with capacity for 220 work places.<\/p>\n<p>This new floor will have areas for fixed workstations, flexible work places, offices and meeting rooms. In addition, LOOM Gl\u00f2ries users benefit from the building&#8217;s general facilities, created to enhance the well-being of its occupants, such as a podcast room, gym, catering, event areas, an auditorium and rest areas.<\/p>\n<p>EIT Urban Mobility will occupy this new floor, which has been specially designed under the &#8220;Space as a Service&#8221; format by LOOM.<\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone wp-image-11075\" src=\"https:\/\/loom.es\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/04\/MicrosoftTeams-image-7.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"1000\" height=\"527\" srcset=\"https:\/\/loom.es\/en\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/2\/2022\/04\/MicrosoftTeams-image-7.jpg 2048w, https:\/\/loom.es\/en\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/2\/2022\/04\/MicrosoftTeams-image-7-300x158.jpg 300w, https:\/\/loom.es\/en\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/2\/2022\/04\/MicrosoftTeams-image-7-1024x540.jpg 1024w, https:\/\/loom.es\/en\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/2\/2022\/04\/MicrosoftTeams-image-7-150x79.jpg 150w, https:\/\/loom.es\/en\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/2\/2022\/04\/MicrosoftTeams-image-7-768x405.jpg 768w, https:\/\/loom.es\/en\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/2\/2022\/04\/MicrosoftTeams-image-7-1536x809.jpg 1536w, https:\/\/loom.es\/en\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/2\/2022\/04\/MicrosoftTeams-image-7-1200x632.jpg 1200w, https:\/\/loom.es\/en\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/2\/2022\/04\/MicrosoftTeams-image-7-1980x1043.jpg 1980w\" sizes=\"(max-width: 1000px) 100vw, 1000px\" \/><\/p>\n<h2>Expansions and openings beyond Torre Gl\u00f2ries<\/h2>\n<p>We continue our expansion in 2022 and in addition to this new LOOM Torre Gl\u00f2ries facility, the company will soon expand its <a href=\"https:\/\/loom.es\/espacios-coworking\/madrid\/loom-atica\/\">LOOM \u00c1tica<\/a> spaces in Madrid, while in Barcelona it will open LOOM Ferreter\u00eda, in the innovative 22@ district, and LOOM Plaza de Catalunya, in the impressive Casa Pich i Pon building. Also in Madrid, we landed in Azca with the openings of Castellana 93 and Castellana 85.<\/p>\n<p>With these openings, we will now have 13 spaces and a total footprint of more than 27,500 square
