LOOM, MERLIN Properties\u2019 flexible office division, continues to grow in Barcelona with the expansion of its LOOM Plaza Catalunya coworking space through a new 950 m2 floor.<\/p>\n<p>The new LOOM space, on the fourth floor of the historic building at Plaza Catalunya 9, has 78 workstations and privileged views over the iconic square. In addition, this autumn, the largest flexible office space in Spain will open in Madrid\u2019s AZCA district. LOOM Azca, located in the renovated Ruiz Picasso 11 building, will occupy nearly 9,000 square metres across three floors.
