"loom-torre-glories"

Barcelona has always known how to reinvent itself. And if there is one neighbourhood that embodies that capacity for transformation, it is Poblenou. The 22@ District emerged from the transformation of 200 hectares of industrial land. What for decades was the industrial heart of Catalonia — known as the ‘Catalan Manchester’ — has now become a vibrant ecosystem where tech start-ups, creative studios, established companies and independent professionals seeking more than just an office coexist.

In the 22@ District, the former textile factories and mechanical workshops have given way to workspaces that respect the essence of the place whilst embracing the needs of the present. High ceilings, abundant natural light, exposed brickwork and wrought-iron structures are combined with state-of-the-art technology and services designed to boost productivity.
