El 27 de abril es el Día Internacional del Diseño y en Loom lo celebramos con estaconferencia impartida por Juan F. Castillo Vega, durante la cual nos introduciremos en el interesante mundo del diseño industrial. Cuándo nace y por qué nace, qué corrientes artísticas lo acompañan, conoceremos qué es la Bauhaus… Y, por supuesto, daremos luz a mujeres pioneras en esta disciplina, su visión, sus creaciones, las dificultades que tuvieron para incorporarse a esta nueva profesión nacida en el siglo XIX, y cómo abrieron las puertas a otras muchas mujeres que vinieron después.

Somos Juan F. Castillo Vega e Isabel Pascual Ruiz de Alegría, juntos formamos el proyecto Curabitur, a través del cual queremos hacer llegar nuestra forma de entender el arte, la ciencia, la historia de la mujer… ¿cómo? a través de conferencias divulgativas que buscan formar, informar, entretener y abrir nuevas visiones del mundo que nos rodea.

Esta charla va dirigida a un público general, pero también a personas curiosas e interesadas en el mundo del diseño Industrial, así como a personas relacionadas con la arquitectura, el diseño, el arte, la historia, la mujer, etc. También puede ser de interés para aquellos que simplemente quieren comprender mejor cómo se crean y desarrollan tantos productos que conocemos y utilizamos

April 27th is the International Design Day and in Loom we celebrate it with this conference given by Juan F. Castillo Vega, during which we will be introduced to the interesting world of industrial design.
