Madrid, 23 April 2024. LOOM, MERLIN Properties’ flexible office division, continues its expansion with its first opening of 2024, a new coworking space in El Viso, one of the most exclusive areas of the capital.
LOOM El Viso, an architectural project designed by the Belén Ferrándiz Studio, will have a total surface area of 770 square metres, capacity for 70 workstations and 6 meeting rooms, distributed in a space characterised by its premium quality and its location on an efficient floor, where natural light takes centre stage, along with a perimeter terrace overlooking the capital.
LOOM El Viso’s facilities are equipped with state-of-the-art digital resources and collaborative tools to facilitate hybrid meetings and remote working.
The design of the space has been meticulously conceived with users’ wellbeing in mind, giving great prominence to natural light, plants, the use of premium materials, neutral tones, ergonomic furniture, integrated technology, relaxation areas and training spaces, among other aspects.
In addition, the concept of LOOM El Viso has been based on the model developed by Sanofi, Work Experience (WorkX), and the LOOM Experience programme, which seek to promote wellbeing and an exceptional work experience, reflecting both companies’ commitment to a modern and adaptable work environment, encouraging work-life balance and continuous innovation in the workplace.
LOOM El Viso has several eco-efficiency and sustainability certifications, such as LEED Gold, ISO 14001 (which establishes an effective environmental management system) and ISO 50001 (which endorses efficient energy management).
