We will inaugurate the flexible workspace this autumn, and it will enjoy a prime location next to Feria de Madrid, with direct access to public transport, the M-40, the M-11 and the airport.
LOOM, MERLIN Properties’ flexible office division, continues its expansion with the opening this coming autumn of a new flexible space in the Campo de las Naciones area.
LOOM Campo de las Naciones will be located on the 2nd floor of the modern office building at Av. Partenón, 12-14 and will offer an innovative working environment with 165 workstations, 21 private offices, as well as 7 meeting rooms and an area dedicated to events.
LOOM Campo de las Naciones will benefit from outstanding transport connections, with metro and bus lines right outside the building, as well as direct access to the M-40, the M-11 and the airport.
The new workspace will also be surrounded by landscaped areas, shopping centres, restaurants and Juan Carlos I Park, ideal for disconnecting or doing sport.
At LOOM Campo de las Naciones, users will be able to benefit from the LOOM Experience programme, which includes services and advantages designed to promote wellbeing and professional growth, with training activities, cultural and sports events, and an annual agenda of networking gatherings.
LOOM keeps growing
We currently have 12 spaces across Madrid and Barcelona. In addition, this autumn, the largest flexible office space in Spain will open in Madrid’s AZCA district. LOOM Azca, located in the renovated Ruiz Picasso 11 building, will occupy nearly 9,000 square metres spread across three floors. This new LOOM will also feature a special area for large-format events, through which it will continue to drive our subsidiary LOOM Events.
