We are planning to inaugurate two more new flexible spaces this autumn: LOOM Azca and LOOM Campo de las Naciones, also in the capital.
This new space has 198 workstations, 20 private offices and 6 meeting rooms, as well as common areas designed to encourage collaboration and creativity. LOOM Castellana 280 has been conceived as a flexible and dynamic environment, where both large corporations and small businesses and freelancers can carry out their activity in a cutting-edge, high-quality setting.
LOOM keeps growing
LOOM currently has 13 spaces between Madrid and Barcelona. In addition, on 1 November it will open the largest flexible office space in Spain in Madrid’s AZCA district. LOOM Azca, located in the renovated Ruiz Picasso 11 building, will occupy nearly 9,000 square metres spread across three floors. This new LOOM will also feature a special area for large-format events, through which it will continue to drive its LOOM Events subsidiary.
On the other hand, on 1 December, LOOM will inaugurate its new space LOOM Campo de las Naciones, a strategic location opposite IFEMA, with direct access to the airport, a strategic enclave for companies with international development and connectivity needs.
With these new openings, LOOM will close 2024 with 15 flexible workspaces in Spain and a total footprint of 40,500 m2.
