En esta oportunidad contaremos con la visita de Nestor Muñoz Torrecilla, doctorando en Comunicación Audiovisual,
Publicidad y Relaciones Públicas de la Universidad Complutense de Madrid.
Pertenece al grupo de investigación consolidado Género, Estética y Cultura
Audiovisual, donde desarrolla su tesis doctoral enmarcada en los Estudios
Etarios acerca de la filmografía de Pedro Almodóvar. Otras líneas de
investigación incluyen cine, series de televisión, cultura pop y medios de
comunicación. Además, es profesional en el sector como creador de contenido,
fotógrafo y community manager.
En este encuentro disfrutaremos del mundo del cine, con unas pinceladas acerca de la obra de Pedro Almodóvar y su contexto: la Movida
Madrileña, la ciudad de Madrid como escenario y la proyección internacional del
cine español gracias a su trabajo.
Compartiremos datos históricos, con líneas de
divulgación, aspectos estéticos y diferentes curiosidades.

Cualquier persona es bienvenida, pero podría ser de real interés para un perfil
de personas que disfruten de la cultura en todos sus aspectos. También puede
ser interesante en un perfil internacional que quiera acercarse a la figura de
Pedro Almodóvar o a la historia de Madrid desde el cine.

cinematográficas más importantes de la industria española, así como conocer

Come and enjoy a very interesting conference in one of our wonderful LOOM spaces, totally free of charge.
In this opportunity we will have the visit of Nestor Muñoz Torrecilla, PhD student in Audiovisual Communication, Advertising and Public Relations at the Complutense University of Madrid. He belongs to the consolidated research group Gender, Aesthetics and Audiovisual Culture, where he is developing his doctoral thesis framed in Ethnic Studies about the filmography of Pedro Almodovar. Other lines of research include cinema, television series, pop culture and media. In addition, he is a professional in the sector as a content creator, photographer and community manager.
In this meeting we will enjoy the world of cinema, with a few brushstrokes about the work of Pedro Almodóvar and its context: the Movida Madrileña, the city of Madrid as a stage and the international projection of Spanish cinema thanks to his work.
We will share historical data, with lines of disclosure, aesthetic aspects and different curiosities.
Who is the target audience?
Anyone is welcome, but it could be of real interest to a profile of people who enjoy culture in all its aspects. It could also be of interest to an international profile that wants to get closer to the figure of Pedro Almodóvar or to the history of Madrid from the point of view of cinema.
