LOOM inaugurates the largest coworking space in Spain in LOOM Azca

LOOM, the flexible office division of MERLIN Properties, continues its expansion with the opening of the largest coworking space in Spain in the prime office area of ​​Madrid, AZCA, specifically in the recently renovated building Ruiz Picasso 11. An emblematic building in the best office area in Madrid, headquarters of such important companies as IBM, SAP, Willis Towers Watson or Globant, among others.

LOOM Azca is the largest coworking space in Spain, covering an area of ​​almost 9,000 square meters, distributed over three floors, with one floor dedicated exclusively to events.

LOOM Azca stands out for its innovative design, designed to facilitate the productivity and well-being of users. The space emphasizes the use of natural materials such as warm wood and metals in cream tones, which contributes to creating a cozy and calm atmosphere, which is integrated with state-of-the-art technology.

LOOM Azca is already the new headquarters of the well-known technology company OneTrust, a leading company in digital security, which occupies 2,500 square meters of the new space and has 230 jobs, 19 offices and 10 meeting rooms.

In addition, LOOM Azca is home to the recently inaugurated Madrid Innovation Hub, Patio Campus, which occupies more than 1,800 square meters, with 206 jobs, as well as a branding/showroom space for the founding corporations, 15 meetings and an agora for events.

On the lower floor of LOOM Azca there is a spectacular event space with capacity for 1,000 people, ideal for adapting to any type of corporate meeting. This new LOOM Events Azca space offers 3 multipurpose rooms with direct access to the Azca gardens, 6 meeting rooms, a recording set for filming and streaming, a podcast room and 3 outdoor terraces, creating a flexible and versatile environment in the heart of Madrid.

LOOM continues to grow

On the other hand, this December, LOOM will inaugurate its new LOOM Campo de las Naciones space, in front of IFEMA, with direct access to the airport, a strategic enclave for companies with development needs and international connection.

With these new openings, LOOM will close 2024 with 15 flexible work spaces in Spain and a total footprint of 40,500 square meters.
