LOOM Castellana 85, located in the heart of AZCA, is the first of several planned openings in 2023.
This new space located in the main economic and financial complex of Madrid, is our second space in AZCA, after the opening of LOOM Castellana 93 last year. Castellana 85, recently renovated by MERLIN Properties, is currently the headquarters of Accenture, Teka and Elecnor.
LOOM Castellana 85 stands out for its premium qualities. It is a completely open floor plan that offers natural light throughout its perimeter. There are privileged views of the Paseo de la Castellana and the AZCA skyline.
The location is in line with the model already in place in other office buildings in MERLIN Properties’ portfolio, where the same building offers both conventional and flexible office space.
