We are opening a new floor in the LOOM Ática coworking space, located in the Ática Business Park in Pozuelo de Alarcón!
The new space is located on the first floor of the building, which stands out for its tranquility, gardens, natural light and an innovative design inspired by childhood board games, such as Rubik’s Cube.
With this new floor, LOOM Ática coworking space now has a total area of more than 2,657 m2 distributed in areas with fixed positions, flexible positions, offices and meeting rooms. In addition, you can enjoy outdoor spaces, a multipurpose room and the LOOM Experience services, with a range of possibilities for the well-being of users, from sports sessions and training workshops to networking activities.
LOOM keeps growing
We continue our expansion in 2022 and in Madrid, in addition to this new plant in LOOM Ática, we have expanded our spaces in LOOM Torre Chamartín and burst into AZCA with force, with two new spaces in Castellana 93 and Castellana 85 (opening soon). In Barcelona, this year LOOM has expanded its space in LOOM Glòries and this September it will inaugurate two new LOOM, Plaza de Catalunya and Ferretería.
“We are reaching our all-time highs in occupancy because companies are increasingly committed to flexible and innovative workspaces, which are the perfect complement to conventional models and to attract and retain the best talent,” says Fernando Ramírez, LOOM’s CEO.
In this way, we will close 2022 with 13 spaces, a total footprint of more than 27,500 square meters, with capacity for 2,844 jobs, which represents an increase of 52% compared to 2021.
We are the only operator on the market capable of offering fully equipped workspaces for use for years, months or even hours. In addition, the return to the office has motivated many corporations to bet on designing their workspace completely to measure and turnkey with LOOM. Some of the companies that already enjoy this model are Wella, Pepsi, EIT Urban Mobility, JLL, Ricoh or Dr. Smile.
